CCTV footage from a Popeyes Chicken in Nashville’s Inglewood suburb confirms reports that the Dauphin had returned stateside. In the footage you can see him eating a box of biscuits and writing, “willy nilly,” in what looked to be an “old and valuable library looking book.” At one part he ripped a page out of it “like an asshole,” claimed the intelligence officer, before reiterating that this was all “off the record” and passively aggressively demanding an unspoken small bribe for services rendered. Over a two week span in July 2018 D.o.M. apparently returned to the Popeyes “daily.”
